Architectural and Engineering Consultant for the Eden Heights residential development, a large-scale SSNIT housing project in Accra. Lamda's scope encompassed full structural, civil and MEP engineering design alongside comprehensive water supply, stormwater drainage and sewerage infrastructure. These systems have performed with distinction during extreme rainfall events in Greater Accra, keeping the estate dry and fully functional.
Appointed as Architectural and Engineering Consultant by West Hills Ridge Company Limited on behalf of SSNIT. Phase I: 32 blocks of 5-storey apartments with 3 & 4 bedroom units. Phase II: 24 blocks of 7-storey apartments delivering 664 units, totalling 56 blocks. Full water supply, drainage and sewerage engineering included across both phases.
